Department: Formulation Development Transdermal.

Experience – 2 to 5 Years.

Job Profile:

To execute the Scale up, exhibit, engineering, and validation batches of Transdermal Patches for domestic and US markets.
To prepare and optimized blend and blending parameters.
Optimization of coating and drying condition on using Design of experiments.
Optimization of slitting, die cutting, pouching and printing process in respective area.
To perform hold time study of blend and laminates.
To perform process challenge study for blending, coating, slitting, die cutting and pouching stages.
To perform various activities related to packaging development.
Timely recording of LNB and data reporting.
To review analytical and formulation related data and preparation of presentation.
To prepare the documents like MFC, stability protocols, sampling protocols, Process protocols and reports, BMR, BPR, as per regulatory requirements.
To raise and keep tracking of change control/ deviations/ temporary change controls & Revision of all documents as per requirement.
