*Maintaining Profile Trackers/Database
*Handling Onboarding and Joining Formalities
*Documentation
***Candidates must have pharma hiring exposure i.e., Sourcing, Calling the candidates, Conducting Interviews, Follow Ups, CTC Negotiation, MIS, Preparing Offer, Joining Formalities/Onboarding.
