Quality Assurance
IPQA Officer / Senior Officer (20 Position)
Key Responsibility : – Line clearance in dispensing, manufacturing and packing operations.
– In-process, sampling procedure, bulk, hold time, process validation in operations.
– AQL of bulk finished product.
– Operation and calibration of IPQC instruments. -Knowledge of CGMP compliance.
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 1-5 Years
Validation Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Exposure of HVAC qualification protocols & reports.
– Good knowledge of process validation, cleaning validation.
– Review reports of HVAC, LAF, RLAF validation.
– Knowledge of QMS.
– Review & Management of Deviation system.
– Good exposure of CAPA system (tracking, evaluation, follow ups)
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 1-8 Years
QMS Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Good Knowledge of Change Control management.
– Market Complaint, Deviation & its Investigation.
– CAPA system (tracking, evaluation, follow ups)
– Documentation control system.
– Quality Risk Management.
– APQR.
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 1-8 Years
Quality Control
Analyst Quality Control Officer / Senior Officer (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Having Good exposure of Finish product/RM /stability testing
– Handling of HPLC, GC, AAS, UV, spectrophotometer, etc
– Knowledge of empower 3 software
– Knowledge of AMV and Technology transfer
– Knowledge on data integrity and 21 CFR part 11 compliance.
– Knowledge of GLP/GDP
– Knowledge of management of calibration of all analytical instrument
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 2-5 Years
Microbiology Officer (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Knowledge of Environment monitoring.
– Water and MLT Testing
– Microbial limit test, bioburden test.
Qualification : M.Sc. Microbiology
Experience : 2-5 Years
Production
OSD Packing Officer / Senior Officer (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Handling of Packing machine (BQS & CP-120 Machine)
– Manpower handling in packing hall.
– Knowledge of QMS
– Preparation of SOP
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 2-5 Years
OSD Manufacturing Officer / Sr. Officer (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Having good knowledge of granulation, Compression, Coating & Capsule
– Handled QMS of production
– Good knowledge of SAP
– Handling of coating and compression machine.
– Must have handled scada base equipment
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 2-5 Years
Production Liquid Officer / Senior Officer (05 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Handling of bottle washing machine, bottle filling and sealing machine.
– Handling of sticker labelling machine & measuring cap machine.
– Handling of manufacturing vessels.
– Handling of filter press.
– Handling Suspension filtration unit, CIP machine
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 2-5 Years
Production Soft Gel Officer (05 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Good knowledge of Soft Gelatine manufacturing process.
– Handling of BMR.
– Good knowledge of QMS
Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy

OSD Mfg. Technician/Sr. Technician (10 Position)
Key Responsibility :
– Knowledge of compression and coating (Auto coater) with scada system.
– Responsible for online documentation
– Responsible for operation and cleaning of compression machine.
– Sound knowledge of bi-layer tablet compression technology.
-Responsible for operation and cleaning of granulation equipment.
– Knowledge of dry granulation and wet granulation. -Should have sound knowledge of RMG, FBP, Blender, Roll Compactor.
Qualification : 10th /10+2/ITI
Experience : 2-7 Years
