Welcome to Engineering, Sourcing and Facility
In ESF wer are supporting the Novozymes operation with Project Execution of capex projects, Sourcing of direct and indirect goods and run our Facilities. The position is with in India Projects and Facilities, that is hending both projects in India but is also supporting our global organistaion. There is ambition that the support activites should be expanded and therefor 2 Junior Design Specialist are hired.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Able to update redmarked drawings and make x-ref structure in AutoCad. Working with drawings of various desciplines across all locations in Novozymes viz., Architechure (building drawings), Civil, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Machine, Automation and any other drawings related to NZ production.
Maintenance of all the database of all NZ sites with respect to real estate holdings, utilisation etc.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Working with Plannon (Integrated Facility Management system) as administrator part time
Also carryout any and all other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager time to time.

To succeed you must hold:

Must have an Engineering Graduate (civil) from any repute University.
Must have strong working knowledge on AutoCAD,
Potential have knowledge on Facility management softwares like Planon or Maximo or any similar.
Should have good written and spoken English.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office
Should have strong eye for details.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Maintenance of all the database of all NZ sites with respect to real estate holdings, utilisation etc.
Maintain latest soft copies of the “As Built Drawings” (mainly within the disciplines of architecturual and civil.) of all the sites and update them as and when required (changes to the original designs). Update with version control and circulate the same to the right stakeholders for their comments, approval, records and reference.
Be prepared to work in an international team (1 in Bangalore and rest in Denmark).
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Working with Plannon (Integrated Facility Management system) as administrator part time
Also carryout any and all other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager time to time.

Should be an Engineering Graduate (civil / mechanical / electrical) from any repute University.
Should have strong working knowledge on AutoCAD, Revit and any other related software.
Should have fair working knowledge of civil, electro and mechanical layouts.
Should have good knowledge in Facility management mobile apps and tools / softwares like Planon or Maximo or any similar.
Should have good written and spoken English.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office tolls like excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.
Should have strong eye for details. Should be able to understand the complexity of designs.
Should be proactive, self motivated and team player and with a high service focus.
