WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Release Readiness Training Coordinator is the primary contact for all RealPage internal customers seeking training on new releases and enhancements. They are also the primary liaison between Product Development teams and Product Support. They are responsible for effectively coordinating/scheduling, documenting and communicating all release training and new product rollout training for all Product Support teams globally.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Customer Service:
- Answer inquiries related to releases and release training in a reliable and timely manner
- Provide our internal customers with detailed release information
- Assist Product Support in getting answers from the appropriate teams when questions/concerns are raised regarding a release or product rollout
- Advocating for Support in all release conversations to ensure that Support is able to be prepared properly and in a timely fashion
- Scheduling:
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of all release related meetings and rollout of release content
- Assist in planning, creating and distributing all release content for Product Support teams in a timely fashion
- Reporting:
- Prepare weekly release reporting
- Share regular updates via email and in meetings with Product Support Leadership
- Pull completion reporting any time as needed for Leadership
- Share regular updates on consumption of release materials in the days leading up to releases
- LMS Administration:
- Administer all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) including the following:
- Setup: Course creation and upload request, addition of any other necessary documentation, Exams if required, and Survey Setup
- Class setup and scheduling for live sessions
- Trainer scheduling to ensure that our Training team members are current on all new release information
- Student administration tasks for Product Support agents, Leaders and Global Operations
- Administer all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) including the following:
- Department Administration:
- Continuous updates to the team on release and new product information
- Order supplies
- Schedule and coordinate departmental events
- Manage purchase orders and invoices
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve issues and escalate when appropriate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a variety of situations and questions
- Minimum of 4 years administrative or training coordinator experience is required, preferably in a client facing environment.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm.
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems strongly recommended
- Knowledge of RealPage products or industry is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
