Job description:

Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and evaluating potential candidates for job openings within the organization.

The primary role is to attract qualified candidates and match them to suitable positions based on the requirements.

Job Analysis: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications needed for a particular role.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to find potential candidates who meet the job criteria.

Screening and Evaluation: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates’ skills, qualifications, and experience to determine their suitability for the position.

Interviewing: Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to further assess candidates’ capabilities, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization and position.

Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and addressing their questions or concerns.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, providing recommendations, and facilitating the interview and selection process.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Presenting job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions, and assisting with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Applicant Tracking: Managing candidate data and maintaining accurate records using applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.

Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as maintaining proper documentation related to recruitment activities.
