Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Process transactions accurately and efficiently according to the prescribed guidelines.
  2. Perform necessary checks and controls on day 1 and day 2 of processing.
  3. Ensure timely validation of requests and compliance with turnaround time (TAT).
  4. Report any exception items to senior management for further attention.
  5. Adhere to internal policies and processes to maintain process compliance.
  6. Follow systems and procedures to comply with internal and external audits, aiming for zero exceptions.
  7. Review and address all exceptions or rejects, bringing them to the attention of seniors.
  8. Share management information system (MIS) reports on a regular basis.
  9. Provide prompt response and resolution to branch/business support queries.
  10. Close referrals with appropriate resolution within the designated TAT.
  11. Maintain accurate MIS records for the handled process.
  12. Work towards reducing customer complaints.
  13. Provide suggestions for process improvement.
